Special honor:

 John 15:13 says:

 “Greater love has no man than this, that one lay down his life for his friends.”

     To me there could be no greater sacrifice than giving of oneself for the good of another. Though many people in the human community have given of their time and lives in service to others, here i would like to give special thanks to a particular group. Once a man or woman has decided to give of their life in the military, they cannot choose whether a particular battle or war is right or just, they just serve no matter what the call. Recently my son chose to join the military, went through the rigorous training and graduated into the Marine Corp. We are extremely proud of him for this path and accomplishment. So, to him and his comrades, and all women and men and their families who have shed blood, sweat and tears since the beginning of this great nation that we might live freely and be free to create, a very heartfelt thank you. We could not do it without your gift of love!

     To my family, friends, teachers in life and acquaintances who have given of their time, encouragement and support with patience and wisdom to this creative effort which has evolved over many years, my appreciation knows no bounds.

     And finally, i am grateful to those people throughout history who persevered against amazing forces beyond their control, who kept on dreaming, visualizing, developing, writing, painting, dancing, singing, leading no matter what the creative process was, so that we could enjoy some of the richest inspirational cultural blessings in the history of humankind.
